IMRAA's team is comprised of both men and women around the world dedicated to female empowerment. Our team is unique because of the passionate youth that devote themselves to IMRAA's mission.

Amna Baloul, Co-Founder

Amna Baloul graduated from The College of William & Mary where she studied Public Health and Arabic. As a Co-Founder of IMRAA and Co-Founder of the organizational chapter at her university, she actively hosts events and provides a platform for students to unite on the basis of female empowerment. Through global movements like IMRAA, Amna firmly believes that we are many steps forward in achieving UN SDG 5: Gender Equality

Fatima Baloul, Co-Founder

Fatima Baloul is a high school student who is inspired by the essence of activism and global health. Driven by her passions, she is a Co-Founder of IMRAA and the Lead Facilitator of the movement at Thomas A. Edison High School. Fatima promotes awareness and action through initiating female empowerment interactive workshops and broad community outreach services in a school environment.

Catherine Meadows, Co-Founder

Catherine Meadows is a student at George Washington University, studying Computer Science and Naval Science. She is utilizing the connections she made while studying abroad in Ghana to give back to the community by working with locals to pilot IMRAA chapters internationally. Her passion for female empowerment and women's rights inspire her to contribute to and lead revolutionary movements like IMRAA.

Kylie Moellering, University of Dayton Representative

Kylie Moellering is a student at the University of Dayton, studying Mechanical Engineering. She has a passion for female empowerment, especially as she pursues a degree in a male-dominated field. She looks forward to being a part of the IMRAA team and is inspired by the phenomenal female role models around her, including the fabulous Co-Founders of the IMRAA Coalition. She hopes to help create a more inclusive and empowered world on the IMRAA Coalition team.

Adu Nasir Ahmad, IMRAA-Ghana

Adu Nasir Ahmad is on the Board of Directors of AFS-Ghana and has spent his life working towards youth empowerment through intercultural initiatives. As a female empowerment activist and a local to Accra, Ghana, he is a vital member of our IMRAA Coalition team.

REEP Partners, IMRAA-Ghana

Hamdia Issha (left), is the Girls' Coordinator for REEP (Rural Empowerment Education Program) Ghana. She, along with Abdul Fatawu Abukari (right), are REEP's representatives in partnership with IMRAA. Together, we coordinate female empowerment initiatives in the Northern Region of Ghana.

Amber Miller, Public Outreach, Grant & Fundraising Coordinator

Amber Miller is a student at Northern Kentucky University studying Environmental Science and Biology. She has a passion for women’s empowerment, especially in inspiring sisterhood and teaching women to be advocates for themselves and each other. She believes that through IMRAA and similar movements, we can build a more inclusive and empathetic world.

Dahiany Zayas, Wellness Committee Member

Dahiany Zayas is a Master's student at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, in the Nutrition Department. She is passionate about advocating for women's health and female empowerment, especially through community outreach organizations promoting awareness around discrepancies surrounding women's health outcomes. She wants to explore possible initiatives to provide wellness tools to women through nutrition and hopes to carry out the empowerment visions of IMRAA at a global level.
